I
independently
led
the
project
from
concept
to
full-stack
development,
using
Next.js
and
Sanity
CMS
to
prioritize
speed,
responsiveness,
and
seamless
performance.
UI
styling
and
animations
were
created
with
Tailwind
CSS,
GSAP,
and
Framer
for
a
polished,
fluid
user
experience.
Deployment
was
handled
via
AWS,
including
custom
HLS
video
streaming
to
ensure
high-performance
video
showcases.
I
also
focused
heavily
on
optimizing
interactivity
and
user-facing
performance
to
enhance
engagement
and
responsiveness.

This
project
was
designed
with
performance
and
interactivity
as
first-class
priorities.
From
CMS
structure
to
animation
flow,
every
element
was
optimized
to
feel
fast,
fluid,
and
responsive.
Custom
video
streaming
and
cloud
deployment
were
not
afterthoughts
but
integral
parts
of
the
architecture,
ensuring
that
rich
media
content
could
scale
without
sacrificing
user
experience
or
load
times.
