This
project
was
a
concept
I
developed
a
few
years
ago
when
I
was
planning
to
launch
my
own
clothing
brand.
I
built
it
end-to-end
with
Next.js
and
Sanity
CMS
for
fast,
flexible
content
management,
and
integrated
HLS
video
streaming
via
AWS
services
including
Lambda
and
IAM
roles.
Users
could
sign
up
and
track
their
orders
through
Clerk,
while
payments
were
handled
securely
with
Stripe
and
webhooks.
Sanity
managed
product
listings
and
order
displays.
The
UI
was
crafted
with
Tailwind
CSS,
scss,
and
motion
for
a
smooth,
engaging
experience,
all
deployed
on
AWS
for
scalability
and
performance.
[Additionally]
This
project
represents
a
full-cycle
exploration
of
what
it
takes
to
build
a
modern
e-commerce
platform
from
scratch
-
not
just
visually,
but
technically
and
architecturally.
The
focus
went
beyond
selling
products,
emphasizing
scalability,
content
flexibility,
and
real-world
production
concerns
such
as
authentication,
payments,
and
streaming
performance.
Every
decision
was
made
to
simulate
a
real
launch-ready
brand,
blending
clean
UI,
smooth
motion,
and
cloud-native
infrastructure
into
a
cohesive,
production-grade
experience.
